Return

  • We want our customers to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any merchandise, with the exception of vintage watches purchased from ChronoNation may be returned within the time frame specied below. This policy is provided that the watch has not been worn. We ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of the return policy time frame. The shipment must be post marked before the last day of the merchandise return period. ChronoNation will not be responsible for lost shipments, so please insure for the full purchase price.  Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping. Notwithstanding any language stated on this website, or any product page, there is no return policy whatsoever on any watch listed as a "vintage watch" .

 

If you are unhappy with the purchase of a new item, ChronoNation offers a 30 day return policy as long as these conditions are met:

  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date your order left our warehouse.
  • To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. ChronoNation.com will not accept returns without prior authorization.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 5 days and will not be extended. You must contact ChronoNation.com to obtain another RMA number.
  • Unauthorized or Unmarked returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • The invoice for the merchandise is included in the package.
  • All product(s) must be returned as originally received, including original packaging, manuals, documentation, and all bundled accessories. Returns must be packaged appropriately as to minimize any unnecessary damage during transit.
  • All security tags found on the item must be intact; if not, the return will be void. (Please, do not  remove security tags until you are positive of your satisfaction with the item.)
  • If your Return is accepted, we will process a 100% refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and return costs will NOT be refunded or reimbursed).
  • If your purchase was paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original account on file.
  • If you have received an item that is incorrect or is different from the one advertised on our site, we will issue you a full refund. The shipment error must be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery.

  • ChronoNation must be notified with 5 days of receipt thatt you wish to return the merchandise.
  • The merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date your order left our warehouse.
  • To return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. ChronoNation.com will not accept returns without prior authorization.

Special Orders

  • Select items sold on ChronoNation.com may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, all orders that have a sale price equal or greater than $15,000, the return of these items/orders will have a restocking fee of 8% or final sale policies unless otherwise agreed by the ChronoNation.com staff via mail, fax or e-mail.
  • Return Policies are subject to change without prior notice. Customer should review these policies prior to making a purchase.
  • ChronoNation.com strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In the event a product is listed containing an error, ChronoNation.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged.
