Shipping Policy

All items purchased are shipped at no charge to the customer (US Shipments Only).

All orders are shipped fully insured with either UPS or FedEx. Orders are shipped within 2 business days upon receiving full payment.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders, ChronoNation uses FedEx.

Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered within New York State.

All shipments from ChronoNation must be signed for at time of delivery.

ChronoNation does not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

 

If you have received an item that is incorrect or is different from the one advertised on our site, we will issue you a full refund. The shipment error must be reported to us within 24 hours after delivery.

For International orders, the buyer is responsible for all of the following: brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price. The customer is also responsible for shipping and handling charges. To find out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order from ChronoNation.com, please contact your local tax authority.

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking number for your package. The customer can use this tracking number on the parcel service website to follow the package.

ChronoNation ships all items 2nd Day Air. If you would like next day delivery service, please contact us for shipping pricing information.

Shipments delivered on Saturday will require an extra fee.

ChronoNation transfers the ownership of goods to the customer upon shipment from our warehouse or affiliate's location.
